We are trying to have some reporting on our Portal 2007:
Requirements for the initial (basic) report:
1. Log in report shall reflect: who (user), when (date and time) and status
(successful/unsuccessful) logged in.
2. Document Download report shall reflect: what (document name), who (user
name) and when (date and time) downloaded the document
3. Search report shall reflect: what (search word), who (user name) and when
(date and time) searched.
Could you please tell me which tools you use for such reporting, or perhaps
you know some best practices.
