Note that there are two other instances of illegal filenames (the code referenced below does special character handling).
1/ Filenames cannot have two periods in a row (ie "thisfile..doc" illegal) 2/ You cannot create a folder called "Forms" in the top level of document library, this is a reserved name (would have been nice it they called it "_Forms")
