How to disable "MY SITE"

How to make, that anybody can't to create or view " my site", or how to make
that link would be invisible

Hi !

You should create a group in SPS, add users you want
avoid MYSITE" and modify security setting on this group,
removing the right "Create my personal site"

This is a way provided by Michel.
My way is : Modify templates of portal sites.
replace the header of portal pages with my own header,including banner and
links.

Well done Alex,
But if the user know the full url (without click on it)
he will be able to access to his "mysyte".

One point is solved :invisbility...

You could set the url http://server_name/MySite/ to "Unmanaged Path" in sps
admin.
I thought this could be helpful for you.
