Hi,
I've inherited a web content management system built in MOSS 2007,
standard, not enterprise.

The Content Editor Web Part is used extensively.

Obviously this means that all the rich WCM functionality isn't used.
I've made a case that the system should be re-built, but this isn't
going to happen this year.

So...

Can I modify the menu options of the Rich Text Editor in the Content
Editor Web Part? For example, can I remove the "add image" option? Or
remove the option to change text colour?

We have users who are using the content editor to "design" pages, and
they're really creating a mess!

Thanks in advance.

Helen
