Hi
We are using share point portal server 2003 and share point services
2.0 version.
The users are created in ads, which in remote place and we have
replicated the ads in our location.
We face 2 types of problem
1. one user was able to login in to his share point site from his
location, but when we try to login from his account, we were not able
to get into the site
2. another user was not able to login in to his account into share
point, but he is receiving mails from exchange server.
When we try to login we get this error for both of them
Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or
access this resource.
Access requests are not enabled.
Both users were deleted from ads and recreated with the same name. the
issue is because of that or anything else.?
I deleted the user from manage user and try adding it from there, but
it gives user already exists error.
Can anyone please help me solve this problem
