Want to sync sharepoint document sites between production and dev

I am new to sharepoint administration and would like to know how can we
copy the documents in sharepoint doc site between sharepoint sites.

We have Sharepoint server 2003 installed, this contains 2 document
sites one of which is being used for production and the other is being
used for QA testing. Now I need to keep the QA test environment in sync
with the production environment. I would like to know how can we
achieve this, is there any tool available or how do I go about it?

Hi,

If a manual solution is acceptable then you can try this approach.

Here are the steps you can try to quickly copy files between SharePoint
sites:
Create Network Place connections to each Site
1. Open the "My Network Places" explorer from the desktop
2. Double click the "Add a network place" link to start the wizard
3. When prompted where to create the network place, select "Choose another
network location"
4. In the "Internet or network address" field enter the URL address to the
SharePoint site
5. In the next screen, give the link a name

Once both links are created you can access under My Network Places in
windows explorer
Drill down to the source document library in the one link and the target
document library in the other link
Select the files to be copied and drag and drop them. You might need to use
the right-click drag option and select Copy in order to avoid a read/write
conflict.
