Shared Team Blog? (2007)

Is there a way to publish a *shared* team blog via Sharepoint? As opposed to
the 'personal' blog available under MySite?

We have a team sharepoint site, and personal MySite blogs, but we'd also
like to create a 'team blog' that we can all post to - along the lines of
exchangteam.com.

Why can't you use the standard Blog web site ? (Create Site; select Blog)

Preferably with the addition of the Extended Blog Edition from the
SharePoint Community Kit although that's not necessary to get what you
seem to want.
