Hiya all,
I am trying to customize the Search functionality in our sharepoint
enviroment.
Our Portal Site contains different area's. Each area represents a country.
Under each country we have sites.
By default there are three Search options, All Sources, people and This Topic.
I want to create a search per Country.
I defined three search options;
1) New Content Index
2) New Content Source
3) New Search Scope
If I try to update my Content Index I get an error.
"The address was excluded because of restrictions in the site path rules"
When I add the inclusion in the Content Index http://spsportal/area-name
autopmaticly the root of the sps portal is added. If i keep this enabled I
get ALL
inforation instead of information only from that specific country.
Can someone help me..
