I have an individual survey response that uses a rating scale. The print
preview shows the radio buttons and the selections made. The print job does
not. I have already turned on Print background colors and images in IE.
The same thing happens on other machines and other browsers.

Anyone know how I can print this information directly from IE?

To isolate the issue, open the Survey on a client which has Office 2003 or
2007 installed, and then print it to Office Document Image Writer. It will
generate a .TIF file. If the radio buttons shows in the .TIF file, there
should be some thing wrong with the printer or printer driver. You can try
a different printer or update the printer driver.

The Tiff file does kind of show the radio button selections, but they are
faint.

I have tried two different printers on different print servers, but I can't
get a print job to show the selections. I will try another printer to be
sure.
