Hi,
Is there any way to make SPS 2003 work with another port except 80 or
443(SSL)? If possible, how can I make it? Should I uninstall SPS
2003 first and reinstall it? Or, can I duplicate IIS virtual site
named "Default Web Site" working for SPS 2003 with given another name
and port?

Thanks for any advice,

No need to reinstall. Just create the new Virtual Server, then in SharePoint
Central Admin extend SharePoint Portal on to it. If you want to the same
content use the same content database.
