Hello there,
I have searched Google Groups, and everything else I can think of, and
I cannot find a viable solution for this situation. I even tried
e-mail support to Microsoft, and they will help me move the SQL 2000 DB
files, but that is about it. I am about to use our Partner ID and open
a business critical ticket if I cannot find the answer.

Here is the situation. WSS, SharePoint Portal 2003 SP1, and SQL 2000
were all installed to the OS partition on our server. The partition,
however, is only 12Gb. I have another partition that is 125Gb and is
basically empty. I would like to move everything associated with the
installation to that other partition - if possible. Everything in the
Program Files directory, inetpub, SQL databases, and anywhere else that
can be moved. Especially anything that is going to grow exponentially.
This was not a migration from MSDE - it was a straight SQL server
install from the get go.

The server is currently in production and I need to preserve the site
structure and all information contained within.

I have lots of virtual servers that I can practice on if I need to do
so.

Can anyone help me? I can't be the only person in this boat. Although
bigger boats been done by less water.
