I would like to know if possible, actully I find many link from goolge is
able to do that, but on my MOSS2k7, when I click my user account from "All
People", no change password button is found, any idea?

Thanks for quick reply, sure, they may change it on windows, but I need they
change their password on sharepoint for some reason, here a link from yotube
that show how's change sharepoint user password, however, i never found that
"change password" button on my site

There are (or is) commercial web part(s) for changing AD passwords.

Look at the Advis site (www.advis.ch) and the Bamboo Solutions site. It
or they is/are at one of them.
