We just deployed MOSS 2007, and I have a slight issue with my log in.
When we first deployed, I logged on at my computer with the Sharepoint
Admin count to configure settings and such. However, now when I
"Login as different user" to work with my personal My Site, it keeps
automatically logging me in as the Administrator account instead of my
user account.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

That's because MOSS knows whom the logged in user is (admin account)
and for security won't give you your mysite. There is a difference in
http context logged in user and machine logged in user or the user
account used to run IE.

Try right clicking the IE icon in the task bar and select run as. Type
your account in the dialogue box that appears. If IE is not on your
task bar you'll need to configure it to be visible there, (don't do it
with the standard desktop shortcut).

Alternatively, log into your machine with your account.

I tried your solution, but no dice.

I am logged into my machine as me. I do have a personal My Site,
because I can access it using FireFox. I just don't understand why,
in IE, when I have logged out of MOSS as Admin and then sign in as me,
it still points the My Site to the one created by the Admin account.

Even if I cut and past the location of the My Site and insert my user
name in the URL, it still logs into the Admin account. It acts as if
the Admin account is viewing the My Site for my personal account.
