Is anyone having Daylight savings time issues with MOSS 2007? My
timer jobs seem to be running an hour behind. I am not sure how to
fix.

Any ideas? Is anyone else seeing issues?

no we haven't applied SP1 to our prd evironment yet. I haven't found
anything but should I search for last years issues?

I have a full searchable list of the fixes made in WSS 3.0 SP1.

Go here

http://wss.asaris.de/sites/walsh/Lists/WSSv3%20FAQ/DispForm.aspx?ID=1322

searching that page (using the Browser's Find function) with "DST" give
one hit for running an hour behind. The fix also points at the KB
article the original hot fix was in.
