Hi All,
I would like to implement information management policy in a list of a
sharepoint site i.e. Site --> List ->Settings and Information
Management policy Settings.I tried to define a policy and found that
selecting the option Enable Expiration option,I found the retetion
period is disabled and it can be set only if I set the policy at site
collection level rather than list level.While setting policy at site
collection level I am able to set the retention time period but unable
to attach Workflow in the option named - When the item expires:-.I do
not want to use custome code and achive it only through the sharepoint
designer and through designer I could attach the Workflow only to the
list not to site collection.Please suggest how I can achieve the
requirement using the designer only.
