ACL Denied Access Error

Environment:

Security:
Active Directory Security
Using Active Directory Seucurity Groups

IIS Security:
Integrated Windows Authentication

We have applied a Domain\Users Group to Portal Server and
have assigned it a Role of Reader. When we browse to the
portal site users are prompted, shouldn't they be let in
based on the Domain\Users Group which has Reader rights
which they are apart of?

IIS refreshed its security and it works now. This can
also be resolved by an IISRESET.
