Add Contributor or Reader w/o Allowing Adding Admins

Is there a way to allow a certain user the ability to add users to a site as
a Contributor but not allow that person to add Administrators?

We would like "site admins" to be able to add basic users but not have the
ability to add additional admins.

Hi Mark

Unfortunately you can't limit what roles users can add. If an user has
the right to add users they can add users to any role.
