Hi,
I'm working with FP DataView.
I have two DVWP of the same list in a page, and are connected using the Id.
field.
The first view has a couple of fields and is filtered using some criteria,
and the second view shows al fields based on the selection made in the first
one.
It works fine, however, when there is no matching criteria to show any
elements, the first view gets properly filtered (showing "No elements"
message), but the second view shows all records ! (insted of none, as it
should)
Have I been clear enough ?
Can I do something about this ?
Regards and thanks in advance

Have you tried setting a default value, like "select from list" in the
second DWVP?

I didn't.
Anyway, regarding to the specific problem, I finnaly just filtered the
second list with the same criteria of the first one (wich is somehow
"redundant"), and could make it to work the way I wanted.
Thanks anyway
