Yes, PocketPC 2003 can support ASP pages, but not by default. You'll need
to download the PocketPC 2003 SDK. The Web Server (sometimes called HTTPD)
is a redistrubitable component in the SDK. ASP support is part of this.
Instructions should have more details.
The \windows\www\wwwpub directory is the default home directory when the Web
Server is running. I don't know why it was included by default on PocketPC
devices that don't ship Web Server, but it won't mean anything until you
install the web server.
