I would like to develop a "Control panel applet"(.cpl) applicaiton for
windows mobile 5.0 smartphones.
As a newbie please suugest me few web links or articles, which helps to
start my development.

Smartphone doesn't support .cpl control panel applets. The Settings screens
are implemented via XML but this is not documented in the SDK (only to
OEMs). Your alternative is to create an .exe which is the front end for your
settings.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. Instead of creating an .cpl will it possible to
add my .exe in the settings screens? If yes where I should look for it?
