I solved it. Actually need to upgrade my eVC++4 to SP3. The bad thing
is that
the IDE just hanged itself as soon as i choose Pocket pc 2003, without
any info., so that i have totally no idea what happened.. only suspect
the installation has problem. And actually i don't even have chance to
set other info like target cpu etc..
If ONLY microsoft can give a pop up message saying eVC++ need to be
upgraded to SP3., instaed of hanged itself without any info!!
