Bump...still no answer to this issue.
Summary-
Running Pocket PC 2003
Receiving Error that VB Runtime is not installed Even though it is
already installed if I attempt to resinstall the application i receive
the error message that the "Vb Runtime is already installed". Reinstalling it
will repair the issue temporarily, but cold booting or reseting the device
will return the same error. We have 33 of these handhelds and this is the
only one doing this, and everything is the same I have double checked that
there are no uniqueness between them.
Please help!
