deployment and registration of ppc software

Hi all,

in case that I want to become an ISV for ppc software, what is
the best way to deploy, and ensure that a user is legally bound
to a license ? (i.e. I do not know how to make sure that a user that
buys a copy say in China, can make a zillion copies and give them for
free to his friends...)

Have you tried looking at http://www.soft360.com? They provide software
distribution management. I'm not sure if there's any way to absolutely
guarantee that he can't distribute to others, but Soft360 will
automatically install the software.
