how to create .msi file

Hi,
Could anybody tell me how to create .msi file for
installation of pocket pc application from desktop.
I have visited the following link, but information
provided here is insufficient.

Did you also download the deployment.msi file and install it, it contains a
simple sample project and installation project to create a .msi which you
may find helpful. I did, and used it as a template for my own installation
project.

Hi Paul,
Earlier I did not notice that download thing, but now I
have downloaded and trying to make .msi file. Thank you
for pointing out this thing.
Hope u wil help me in case I get into any difficulty.
