$200/$400 cash for a DirectShow Small project on WM5.0 !!

Hi everybody

I need a project that i am ready to pay 400$ for the complete project.
And $200 for the Basic first part.

The Code (C++, DirectShow) will have to compile and work on Pocket PC
Phone Mobile 5.0 (CF 2.0)

I am ready to pay 200$ for the first part

a. Camera Preview (render the camera in the screen) in the whole
screen.
b. Still Capture when pressing Button
c. Basically Commented Code

And more 200$ for the extension.

a. Change Camera Settings (Macro-Mode, Forced Flash, etc...)
b. Add text on Preview Screen
c. Add Overlay Mask on Preview (Bitmap or CDC drawing)
d. Overlay semi-transparent Mask (connected to c.)
e. Save Camera Settings (to restore them after)
f. Save Still Image into memory directly
g. Get pictures from the stream directly without getting STILL
images.
h. Some buttons on the Screen (Menu ?)
i. Basically Commented Code

If some part is impossible because DirectShow Limits, and it can be
proven, the total sum will also be paid.
