Install any of the Pocket PC SDKs. For example, I have it in all of these
locations:
C:\Program Files\Windows CE Tools\wce500\Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone
SDK\Activesync
C:\Program Files\Windows CE Tools\wce500\Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC
SDK\Activesync
C:\Program Files\Windows CE Tools\wce420\POCKET PC 2003\Activesync
