Hi!

Is it possible to "replace" eVC4++ with Visual Studio 2003 or 2005,
meaning to develop/deploy/test unmanaged C++ code using the Pocket PC
2003 SDK? Could project/workspaced be easily converted?

Greetings,

Esad

Yea, I'm developing unmanaged C++ with PPC 2003 SDK with VS2005, works fine
so far.. Projects from eVC4 were converted w/o problems.

regards,
Alexey.

Hi!

Project conversion is easy enough - there's an appropriate wizard that
_really_ does most of the work.
The rest... well... depends. _Theoretically_ eVC-developed code should just
compile and run after using the above-mentioned conversion wizard and a
handful of tweaks.
And sometimes reality bows to theory. But most of the time, the devil is in
the details. So you just have to try and tackle the loops one by one.

Greetings,
Kerstin
