I installed "Windows Mobile 6 Professional SDK" but it is incompatible with
my Pocket PC 2003. Every time I try to launch my Pocket PC 2003 emulator
Visual Studio 2005 Professional fails with the message:

"Deployment and/or registration failed with error: 0x8973190e. Error writing
file '\Windows\NETCFV2.ppc.armv4.cab'. Error 0x80070070: There is not enough
space on the disk."

So, I tried to uninstall the SDK, but every time I do, I get about 90%
complete before I get this message box:

Info Box Title: "Cellular Emulator"
Subject: "COM3 is in use, please clode Device Emulator if it is running and
then retry."
Buttons: Retry, Cancel

I followed the Support Information link provided in the Add/Remove Programs
entry, but every time I try to post a message or ask a question, the website
logs me out.

I have rebooted a couple of times, but nothing fixes this.

Could someone please email me with a solution?

Could you reinstall the WM6 SDK again, this will restore all setup
information required for uninstallation. Make sure nothing else is
running like Visual Studio IDE, Activesync, Device Emulator. Then try
to uninstall the SDK.

That might have worked, but your suggestion didn't come fast enough! I didn't
want my boss seeing I'd done something to screw up one of their computers.

I popped in the VS disk and did a repair of the IDE.

I know not to install the WM6 SDK anymore!

The irritating part is that the PC I am using does not even *have* a COM3!
