Hello,
Is there any phone to get the phone number of a SmartPhone device. I am
using a DOPOD phone with an Indian Sim Card Provider. I tried using
smsgetphonenumber in VC++ and it doesn't work. I have also signed the .exe
and still doesn't work. The GetPhoneNumber.exe sample in the
WindowsCE/Smartphone folder also doesn't return anything. So is there any
way I can get the phone number of the cellphone.

Thanks.

It depends on your SP if the phone number is programmed in to the Sim card.
Many do not.

1 - Ring your SP and ask
or 2 - Ring another phone and read the caller id presented
