Hello,
I am developing an application that will moniter a Pocket PC's signal
strength for the network it is on. Can someone point me into the right
direction on how I can do this. I started looking at the extended TAPI
functions, but I cannot get them to work on my device. I am not sure
why, but I keep getting the error LINEERR_OPERATIONUNAVAIL when trying
to call the lineGetGeneralInfo function. I started reading online that
I might need to digitally sign my application, but I do not know how to
do that. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
