The default registry settings are stored in a series of .rgu files in
the windows folder on your device. Specifically, the key you're after
is stored in the 208f8be6-1362-45b3-ae17-95d4ab426c11.rgu file. This is
what you want, I think:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{0aa5aa82-8738-4d16-932d-37273baf5a89}]
