If I first write a program for pocket PC 2002,
then is it supposed to be runnable without problem in the WIN CE .NET
environement?

Thanks,

If you don't use any PPC-specific APIs, and you don't use MFC or ATL, then
yes, it will run fine. If you use MFC or ATL, you will have to recompile
(for CE.NET, not necessarily for PPC 2003).

An API that exists only on PPC (Pocket PC).

if you write using the Compact Framework, your app will only be able to run
on WinCE 4.1 or 4.2, not 4.0
