Problem in running emulator of embedded VC++ 3

I have successfully installed the embedded VC++ 3 in WINXP and WIN2003

But when i try to run the default "hello world" project,
the VC++ 3 try running in emulator..
but when the emulator starts to load,
it will automatically restart at each time, on both WINXP and WIN2003

Could someone help me?
