Can you tell where the "Server" in this otherwise cool whitepaper resides?
Is it something provided by the developer or some auxiliary service that MS
provides :-? I emailed the author but no response and I am very curious ...

Thanks

Just glanced over the article. I am guessing you have to either get the
source code/implementation outline to run the webservice (client/server
independent) code or write your own.

I'm surprised it took that 1 developer 6 months todo with vs2003. I would
have guessed it should have taken less as I've dealt with webservices and
system.drawing. No challenge in comparison to embedded visual c++ coding.

I can see how he did the Web Services version. However, the article also
talks about a player-vs-player version involving a server. The server seems
to use Passport logins... how is that? Is that a web service that Microsoft
provides or ....??? Does it make sense?
