Hello,
Can anyone give me or redirect me to a comprehensive downloadable
documentation for developing software solutions for Pocket PC's using VS.NET
2005 ? Guide or Reference in PDF format would be nice :)
I mention that I am a C# Developer trying to understand Mobile Applications
in order to create a project for my final exam at the university .... so it
is pure academical :D

There isn't one that I'm aware of. MSDN isn't fully printable.

Chris Tacke gave you about as good an answer to your direct question
as I think is possible. But if you use google
(http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search) to look up
pocket pc vs.net
you will see leads to at least one newsgroup that is likely to be more
appropriate (this one is _mainly_, but not exclusively, for folks who
are not using .NET languages). If you then use google to look up
newbie
in that newsgroup, you should get some useful leads.
