After ActiveSync ran to sync a calendar with 6000+ entries, the target
WM5 device is, er, full!

So, that calendar is probably not appropriate for the device (ho-hum).

To cut a long story short, what will happen if I delete the (equivalent
of the) .PST file on the device? Where would I find the PST file?

Alternately, if I delete all the items from PC/Outlook then resync, how
do I reclaim the space on the device? (Does it happen automatically?)

I'm struggling to get used to the file system on the device, could some
kind soul point me to a generic overview of the filesystem.

Thanks & regards
John

calendar is saved in \pim.vol. I don't think you can delete that file,
although you might be able to overwrite that file.
