Pocket Outlook Question

I want to handle the new command in the pocket outlook to open a custom form
for sending sms for example.

What exactly do you want? Do you want to programmatically click the new
menu item, or do you want to write a custom form, or do you want know
how to send an sms?

Dear Lao,
in wm5 when I tap on "New" in pocket outlook this will show me a dialog for
writing sms or email.
how can I customize the "New" command, so it triger my events.
