As a newbie, what software do I need to develope a mobile application for
WM5?
These are what I got:
VS 2005
SQL Server 2005
Dell Axim x51v (Windows Mobile 5)

Do I need to download other SDK,...etc?

Alan,

I can't renember if the Windows Mobile 5 SDK is included with VS 2005 or not
(it's been a long time since I installed it), but if it isn't you can
download it here:
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=83A52AF2-F524-4EC5-9155-717CBE5D25ED&displaylang=en

Thanks, Simon. I thought WM 5 came out after VS 2005 but wasn't sure. But
I've found that no matter what SDKs come with whatever version of VS, I'm
always adding more of them from time to time as they become available.

Me too Ginny, in particular I recently installed WM6 SDK to work along with
Studio 05. Many many enhancements to the core emulator.
