Quick newbie question:

I am a bit lost about all the IDE, SDK, 3rd party s/w out there to develop
for Pocket PCs.
Which one is recon as being the best one?

I downloaded Microsoft Embedded Visual C++ 4.0. Any good tutorial
recommended for this IDE?

Thanks in advance

That depends on what language you want to develop in. For C++, Microsoft
Embedded Visual C++ is your best and probably only option. For C# or VB.Net,
Visual Studio 2003 is your best option.

I would suggest buying and reading "Programming Windows CE Third Edition" by
Douglas Bolings. It will help you with using eVC and embedded development.
