    - forms I am using C# & SQL CE. Im finding my forms loading are extremely slow Also i would like the forms to load so that you cannot see the GUI being drawn An example of how a form loads I do an update on the SQL DB before i close the form i am currently leaving. The DB record is all ready created so only an update is needed On the new form that is being loaded i do a check to see whether any data exsists in the DB that has been previously entered for that particular form.     - CDB file already exists error with 2003 It seems a few people have had this, but I am not clear as to the cause When installing our application, which runs great on Pocket 2002 and earlier, on a Pocket PC 2003 machine, the application fails on the database open call, with a " <cdb filename> already exists" error I have heard that re-converting the file will make it work.     - Disable incoming call notification? on I-Mate with PPC 2003 PE? I am trying to disable the default notification for incoming calls on an I-Mate device running PPC 2003, the default program that brings these notifications is called "cprog.exe" if i kill it manually using "HackMaster" then my program is able to answer the call and the notificaiton is not displayed any one knows how i can do that? if not does anyone knows to i can "kill" a process by name?     - Detecting which font given random unicode character? I have a pocket pc program that loads files in many languages. They are all stored in unicode. Since there aren't really any universal unicode fonts for embedded platforms I figure the user will just have to load individual fonts. Now given certain characters, how can I programatically decide which font to use in displaying it? Example: The system has multiple fonts loaded on it. One for Japanese, one for Hebrew, and the default ones. I open up a document and I don't know if it's in English, Japanise, or Hebrew. I need to find out which font to use to correctly display it.     - IDBInitialize fail_ provider specific errors Hi My app uses OLEDB to interact with the SQL CE2.0. The app is installed on a couple of units for field testing. I am facing several problems of DB Corruoption. One of the DB I analsyed, it showed that IDBInitialize is failin COLEDBHelper::m_pIDBInitialize->Initialize(); The return code is E_FAIL , which simply says Provider specific error occured.     - Bluetooth serial connection I try to send data from my iPAQ to my PC via a Serial Port Adapter. First I have established a connection between the devices with the Bluetooth Manager on the iPAQ. Then I open a serial conncetion from my application that seems to succeed, but when I try to send data to the outbound port it fails. When I use the dll in a managed application I get an error "coredll is not available on your system". My users expect the circle with an x to shut down the application, not minimize it (as in a PC application). I know ShowDoneButton will change the icon from the circle with an x to an Ok button and then shut down the application, but that is not acceptable

Does anyone know how to get around this
