I would imagine that anyone with real answers is bound by an NDA and cannot
discuss this topic.
If you are seriously asking about the OS, I don't know that Betas have ever
been made available for PPCs. As far as an upgrade is concerned, that would
come from the OEM and they would set the date.
I really assume that you are asking about the SDK, since this is a
programmers NG. Probably will not even be announced until is released.
