Doug Boling's book "Programming Microsoft Windows CE" is a great resource
(
http://www.microsoft.com/MSPress/books/6535.asp). The latest version of
this book covers Windows CE.NET 4.2 including PPC 2003 and Smartphone,
however, if you are targetting PPC 2000 and PPC 2002 devices you might be
able to find a copy of the previous version of this book. You should also
take a look at the different samples that are installed as part of your SDK
(using a default installation path probably to be found in this directory):
<drive>\Windows CE Tools\wce300\MS Pocket PC\samples\win32.
