I know how to execute a CAB file using ShellExecuteEx, but how do I skip
over the annoying "X is already installed, reinstall?" prompt? I want
to install a CAB file without any user intervention. Is there some
special program I can call with a command line switch to skip this
prompt or do I need to uninstall the CAB file and then reinstall it?
How do you programmatically uninstall a CAB file anyways?

I didn't answer sooner, because I thought someone else would provide a
real answer. I can say that I just used google
(http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search) to look up
silent cab
in this newsgroup (microsoft.public.pocketpc.developer) and got 13
hits. A quick glance at the first few suggest they have relevant and
useful info.
