Sounds like something you could achieve with a HTML control, unlike the InkX
it wont be editable but you can do a lot with the layout with some very
simple HTML including having the image as a background and the text onto,
another option would be to draw directly to the screen, this will depend on
whether you are using eVC++ or .NETCF.
