Is there a way to find the positions for the icons in the upper
taskbar? Say I want to find the postion of the volume icon or I want
to find the postion of the left most icon, is there a way if I have a
handle to the taskbar (HHTaskBar)?
Thank you

No. Why do you want to? Perhaps there is some other way to accomplish your
objective.

I am placing my icon up there and what to position it and move it
depending on the icons already present.

There is no way to do that. Is there any particular reason yours must be
placed in a specific location?
