I was wondering if anybody is aware of USB Ethernet Adapters for pocket pc.

Unfortunately pocket pc device I'm working on does not have SD/IO so I have
to use USB to put it on the network to develop a client app.

Any information on USB Ethernet Adapters that work for Pocket PC 2003 will
be much appreciated.

The NEC P300 has a USB host interface. It takes a special $25+ cable to
connect stuff to it but it does work IF you go find drivers for it... (32MB,
SD card slot, CF slot, Pocket PC 2002)

I have successfully connected my P300 to a PNY brand SmartMedia reader (one
of those little pod thingies) and was able to grab digital photos and copy
them to the SD card. I have also successfully plugged my Olympus C4000
camera into the port.

HOWEVER -- you have to go and get a freeware USB mass storage driver.

Pictures on request! ;^)

Now if I could only figure out my problem with the wireless connection (P300
to Internet via the 802.11b access point in my office....)
