I just installed EVC 4.0 SP2 and the PocketPC 2003 SDK. When I load my
project, the only configuration I can see is STANDARDSDK_420. What I need
to do to compile to PocketPC 2003 in EVC 4.0?

What project did you load ?
Some old project created by eVC++ 3.0 ?
If you did so, you are wrong !!!
eVC++ 4.0 can not read and/or convert project files created
by eVC 3.0.

Yes, it's from EVC 3.0. As I understand it, I need to move to EVC 4 in
order to develop for Pocket PC 2003. Is that true?

First !!!, please search and read archives !!!
That problem, about moving from 3.0 to 4.0 was
discussed hundred times ;-)

Second, you don't have to move to eVC++ 4.0.
You may still develop in eVC++ 3.0 but you won't
be able to debug apps on the PPC 2003 device.
Third, I recommend you to move to eVC++ 4.0, because
it is more C++ standard compliant and supports
real C++ exceptions (not structured excepcions)
and has built-in STL and IDE is very very better.

Start a new project under eVC 4.0 and then add in your source files.
