This function does not exist in eVC3. I guess I have to use eVC4. I can use
eVC4 to develop C++ apps without .NET stuff, right?

DMProcessConfig is supported in Smartphone 2002 (eVC3). It's also supported
in Pocket PC 2003 Phone Edition and Smartphone 2003 (eVC4). It's not
available in Pocket PC 2002 or non-phone versions of Pocket PC 2003. eVC++
versions directly match the Windows CE version of the target platform e.g.
eVC3 for CE 3.0, eVC4 for CE.NET 4.x

You can use eVC 4.0, but you can only target CE 4.x and above devices. So
if you plan to target a PPC 2002, it won't work.
