Converting EVC 3 resources to EVC 4

Are there any known issues with converting EVC 3 resource files to EVC 4? I
am finding that bitmaps which I am using as buttons in a dialog seem to be
smaller than they are supposed to be. Further, there is another larger
rectangle visible behind each of the bitmaps; this rectangle looks to be the
size which the bitmap is supposed to be.

Well, I just found something interesting. If I uncheck the "Center Image"
checkbox under the "Styles" tab of the bitmap properties, that makes the
ugly background rectangle go away. However, I'd prefer it if the bitmaps
were the same size as they used to be and filled the background rectangle as
they did in EVC 3.
