Well, you can still run MS-DOS apps under PocketDOS and, if you upgrade to
WM2003+, under various DosBox ports. See my MS-DOS Emulation Bible at

Alternatively, if you have the bandwidth and a 24/7 server / desktop to log
into, you can use remote desktops to run apps - see my Remote Desktop
